The Dreaded Testing and Softball!

Today started MAP testing and yesterday started softball season at our school. I am captain of 1 of 4 teams, and our team name is called the "Outlawed Cobras". I copyrighted that , just so you know. At the end of the year, out of the sixth graders who played softball, a team will be chosen and will play against the teachers. Now, we also play them in volleyball, but that is another story. Anyhoo, the past few years the teachers have won but this year... they lose!

Well, thank goodness!

My mother had surgery on her elbow yesterday and is recuperating(which will take a few weeks)as I type. Don't forget to ask me questions or I will go mad with boredom over spring break(right now).

Well, that stunk!

Well, last Saturday we had a huge success with the Honor Band concert(except I was stuck right in front percussion, not fun).

The Scholar Bowl was pretty bad.

First of all, we didn't have a full team and we did horrible at common knowledge questions.
But what really stunk was that we came ten points away from placing 4th(4th,3rd,2nd, and 1st are the awarded trophies).
Oh well!
